Reserved Dining is a wholly owned subsidiary of QuadraNet Systems who has experienced 20% annual compound growth since 2002. More as the result of customer recommendations, than overt marketing, Quadranet now helps optimise management, control and knowledge for a wide range of hospitality businesses across the world.
Reserved Dining started as a powerful, white-label web booking engine interface which sits in an iframe, works on all platforms and devices (including smart phones) and can be configured in minutes. Currently, along with standard online bookings, Reserved Dining has been updated to work with promotions and their specific availability. When a guest’s first choice booking is not available, Reserved Dining automatically queries multiple times and days to find the best possible availability and presents a range of alternatives closest to the requested time and on previous and next days. This ability to instantly provide guests with alternative options helps avoid the disappointment that can often lose a booking. For restaurant groups it will even recommend other locations.
When a guest books online via Reserved Dining or via our RESeasy system they are automatically sent a personalised email or text confirmation message. Prior to arrival, they can be sent a text reminder thus reducing the number of ‘no-shows’.
Users of Reserved Dining can use the standard online booking widget or completely customize the widget for their sole purpose. Other parts of the system can be customized for specific hospitality applications.
Another feature is the ability to manage multiple online booking channels. This feature opens up the powerful yield management technology hotels have used for years. It means that hospitality operators can decide what availability to open up for specific listing sites and other channels.
